We have looked into your delivery today and have seen, further to our email to you today regarding this that an incorrect street number had been entered into the delivery label. We are currently looking into this, and have meanwhile updated the details for delivery to you on Monday 31st December. We also as a gesture of goodwill will refund the delivery charges to your card. We are sincerely sorry for our mistake on this occasion, which had been due to human error.
