Our Biella bedding remains amongst our best selling items, and we are therefore very sorry to hear of your displeasure with this bedding. We are currently investigating this matter, liaising with our suppliers following your feedback, and proposing a review of the item description on our website. Each batch of the Biella is dyed separately, so we may expect some minor variation between batches; we are however very surprised to hear that your bedding was lemon coloured; this would not be considered within commercial tolerance, and we offer our unreserved apologies for this. We are likewise sorry that you were incorrectly charged delivery fees on your order; we will refund you for these charges within the next few working days and we will email you to confirm once this has been completed.
