Thank you for your feedback. Each year Designers Guild launches two new collections, to complement our Fabric and Wallpaper launches. These products include bedding and cushions, as well as tableware, home fragrances and many other beautiful accessories. Throughout the year, we also offer special seasonal purchases, to complement our existing ranges, and to offer stylish updates to our customers homes throughout the year. We are very sorry therefore that you feel we do not offer as many new products as you would like to see. We will however be launching our fabulous and much anticipated Spring / Summer 2013 collection in February, which will see many exciting new products across our website. We appreciate your concern regarding our promotional offers; during our January sale we love to be able to offer our customers a variety of offers on our products, at the best possible prices and we look to maintain a consistent discount strategy. We do not tend to offer promotions for one day only, but we do offer them for a limited time; often extending over weekends. These timeframes are always outlined both on our website, as well as in our promotional emails. We offer our unreserved apologies that you have received an unpleasant email when you contacted our customer services some time ago. Our current customer service team endeavour to be helpful, prompt and always maintaining a polite and courteous service as standard; our ethos of the Designers Guild branding is to be able to provide a first class, unique and personal service to each of our customers, and we strive to provide this.
