Thank you for your feedback. We are very sorry to hear that you feel our returns policy was not made clearer on our website. As per our terms and conditions, we are unfortunately unable to offer a free returns service at present. Because of the size and weight of our rugs however, we do appreciate it may be difficult for some customers to return the rugs back themselves. We are therefore able to provide a courier service for the collection of unwanted rugs, which is charged with a handling fee of £25.00, should customers wish to take advantage of this. We are very sorry that our returns policy was not clearer outlined on our website, and we will endeavour to ensure this is clearer in the future.
