Our store contacts each of our customers once an order has been received for collection, and we are surprised to hear on this occasion you were not notified. Following this, we have contacted our shop, and although the order was despatched from our warehouse shortly after your order was placed, the order has not been received by our shop. We have therefore arranged for a replacement to immediately follow, and this will be ready to collect from Wednesday this week. We will continue to monitor your order and we will notify you in writing once this is ready for collection. We are sincerely sorry for this error, and the inconvenience caused by this.

Designers Guild continues to endeavour to use the most up to date sophisticated photographic and lighting techniques, in order to offer a true likeness of our products for our customers; we cannot however account for differences in individual screen resolutions. The Lafayette bed linen, is pure cotton with a 300 thread count, and should accordingly be firm, yet soft to touch, in order to create an elegant and sophisticated finish. We are very sorry therefore to hear that your bed linen is not as smooth as anticipated, and we would be happy to accept the bed linen back for a full refund, should you wish to return this to us.
