The offer of a courier collection for £25.00 for the small rug has been a misunderstanding on our part and we are very sorry for the confusion; we do offer a courier collection for our large rugs which are of a very considerable size and weight. Of course the small Dhurrie rugs are not of this scale and we are very sorry for providing this misinformation. All orders are sent with an information sheet instructing customers how to arrange their returns; we advise customers to log into their online account on our website and print their unique returns label from the website and post any unwanted items back to us. Customers are of course also welcome to return unwanted items to our London Designers Guild stores. We are very sorry for our error, and do hope you will continue to be a valued Designers Guild customer in the future.
