Had some problems getting the 'returns' information. Email not answered, had to call and request the address label. Not clear what paperwork needs to be completed and enclosed.

Your returns label had been originally sent, and upon your telephone call to our team, was re-forwarded on to you. We are very sorry that you felt our returns policy was not clearly outlined; all our orders are sent with an information sheet, providing details for our returns procedure and this same information is available to view on our website. Our team have since been in contact with you regarding the misaligned stripes on your cushions and we are very sorry indeed that you should have received faulty items from Designers Guild. We have issued your full refund for the returned items, and we, as discussed have reimbursed you for the cost of returning these items back to us.
