Dear Hayley, Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We are very sorry to hear that the communication and the fitting process for your new dentures at Gio Dental Care Dewi Sri Kuta did not meet expectations, especially regarding the final bite check. Your comfort and satisfaction are incredibly important to us. We've been communicating with the clinic directly to get updates on your treatment, and they informed us that they have been in touch with you as well. We just wanted to check in to see if everything is okay now and if your dentures are fitting comfortably. Your well-being is our top priority, so please reach out to us at 1-888-673-6134 or care@dentaldepartures.com if you still need any assistance or if you would like us to help coordinate any further adjustments. Sincerely, Dental Departures Team
