Only way to renew is to telephone which costs and takes over 30 minutes!!! with lots of messages and questions when all I wanted to do was pay as I’d fully checked over the renewal terms. Kept asking...

All of my questions where answered clearly and explained very well to me very happy with the service
It took way too long to get through the process. Despite listening to the usual blurb about the service etc. I had to listen it all again from the agent I spoke to.
All we wanted to do was renew our home insurance , after 36 minutes of wasted time we said either take our money for renewal or we go elsewhere. Very disappointed with the service ,next year we will...
