Our courier attempted delivery of your order on 2 occasions, but on both occasions reported back that the house appeared empty, so did not leave the parcel. Unfortunately they did not share this information with us so we were unaware of any issues.
Moving forwards, we will update our processes to ensure that we check with our couriers each day to make ourselves aware of any potential issues that may have arisen, which will allow us to contact clients and deal with these issues.
In the meantime, I have arranged a full refund for you.
