product didn't arrive when promised and was some damage , had to use it due to there non keeping of promise. customer service v poor ... AVOID AVOID

Thanks for your review.
You placed your order with us on the 13th September and it was delivered to you on the 21st September. We state a turnaround time of 3-7 working days, and your order was dispatched on day 5.
You mention that your order was damaged? You've not made any contact with us since receiving your order to let us know this - if items are damaged, we are more than happy to replace them. If you'd care to email us some photos, we can then take action to ensure you have pieces you are happy with.

You assured my wife of a delivery date , we made preparations accordingly, you failed to deliver on the day you had said. This poor service greatly inconvenience ed us and cost us money. Don’t make promises you can’t keep. In our final phone call of several your attitude was well see the terms, we can’t be held to what we said on the phone, my wife recognised the customer service lady as the one who had previously assured her if the failed delivery date. When it arrived there wher scuff marks on 2 of the panels, we needed to glaze the windows and had little faith in your outfit.
Great service, decent prices. Delivered to me in Bristol in 3 or 4 days . I used the large sheets to make a 90cm x 60cm picture frame. Needed to sand down the edges a little bit but very happy with...

If you want gorgeous splashbacks, we can do that for you. Mirrored acrylic is never a problem. Rugged exterior plastic sheeting is on our list, too. As is coloured and plain acrylic sheeting.
