Love your shirts. I wish you had more variety of non-iron slim fit shirts but you only have a handful. Love your shoes, but again, only a handful of models and they go fast.
Your service is generally very good. But the last time I called because I thought that I needed to get an authorization to return an item (many online retailers require an pre-authorization for returns....and I'm sorry, but I don't remember every retailer's policies). The service rep on the line tried to be nice, but she was definitely annoyed that I had called to request an authorization when in fact no authorizations are required at CT.
