I like the selection and quality of the shirts and ties but find sizing difficult on occasion, specificallt, with a 33" sleeve length being okay one season and too short the next or okay on a shirt...

I like the selection and quality of the shirts and ties but find sizing difficult on occasion, specificallt, with a 33" sleeve length being okay one season and too short the next or okay on a shirt with French cuffs but too short on a short with standard cuffs. In contrast, a Brooks Brothers shirt with a 33" sleeve fits the same way year in and year out, across different styles of dress shirt. This may be something that CT would like to look at. Having made the foregoing remarks, it also is easy to return and exchange shirts that do not fit properly, and I appreciate this very much.

Our shirts should be arriving in perfect condition but since this was not the case on this occasion, I do very much apologise - there’s no excuse for the finish on the Reydon Fine Blue Multi Stripe. Our Quality Control Department will certainly be looking into how the shirt got out in the way it did. With regards to our sleeve lengths, they really ought to be consistent on every shirt regardless of the shirt’s design within a certain tolerance. I suspect that one of our suppliers may be slightly off on some of our specifications. Therefore, our Buying Team will find your comments here very helpful as they chase this up. I have noted your account, so the return will be expected and your exchange or refund requests will be seen to in a timely manner. Again, I do apologise for the disappointment caused.
