I do apologise that you are unhappy with our current delivery times. As we are a UK based company, delivery to the US does take 10 working days and we endeavour to make this clear at the point of sale. However, we do our utmost to ensure a quick turnaround on an exchange and we have found the best way of achieving this is with the use of UPS. Not only is this service trackable but it is also completely free of charge. If you would like to exchange these shoes, we would be happy to do this for you.
