We have found that the vast majority of orders we send to the US arrive well within our 10 working days timeframe but, when this is not the case, it is almost always due to US Customs picking up the parcel to check it. Unfortunately this is entirely out of hands so I do apologise if this has been your experience more than it should be. With regards to the creasing of the shirt, I must say that this is the nature of the Poplin fabric. Shirt suppliers the world over will agree that Poplin creases quicker than other shirt materials, but customer seem to remain in love with its weight and crispness. I’m very sorry if the shirt is not to your overall liking and I would like to assure you that it can certainly be returned for a full refund or even in exchange for perhaps a shirt from our Non-Iron range
