I’m very sorry for the errors that occurred with this order. Please be assured that any correspondence sent from us chasing the agreed return of an item is never sent in the spirit of accusation. Rather it is to serve as a reminder or even as a prompt to confirm with us that the item has been sent as it may have simply been lost in transit with no way of us knowing.
