Thank you for taking the time to provide this feedback, although we are sorry that you were unaware that requesting alterations such as the sleeve shortening that you had requested for your shirts invalidates our returns policy. We do advise of this when choosing the custom sleeve length and within our terms and conditions and returns FAQs. Nonetheless, on this occasion only, we will indeed accept a return for exchange. If you require sleeve length shortening again, we will even arrange these with no additional fee. We are sorry to have let you down but hope you will give us the chance to restore your faith in us soon.
