Excellent service. ususally quick and efficient.Products tend to be of good quality but sizing can be quite tricky. I tend to wait for the offers before purchasing. It proves good value for money

It is a shame that you have experienced problems with our clothing sizing and I hope this has not caused you too much inconvenience and disappointment in the past. We do endeavour to keep our sizing as constant as possible and only change the specifications when we receive a influx of customer feedback. I am sorry to hear that you are not entirely satisfied with the Chinos. Due to the nature of the material, they can be prone to creasing. We do advise that you iron the Chino's slightly damp after washing to counteract this. I am glad to see that you are happy with the quality of the service and other products. Navy Chino Trousers I have subsequently washed the trousers twice and have found it has helped to reduce the creasing experienced on first wearing.
