I thought the website was quite straightforward to use. I did have to speak to Charles Tyrwhitt however regarding my order and they managed my query and order very professionally and within good time.

I was impressed by the swift service offered by Charles Tyrwhitt. I was particularly reassured when a representative rang up to check the details of my order, as I had given different addresses for delivery and invoice. The products themselves are lovely and I am looking forward to receiving the remaining item, a tailored shirt, which I understand will be despatched c. 3 April.

Good. Disappointed that I paid extra to have the items delivered the next day, only to find out afterwards that one item is out of stock and will not be delivered until April.
