At this juncture, I am unable to determine why it took quite so long for your order to leave us, however I have passed your query on to our Warehouse Manager. It's essential that if there are issues preventing orders leaving within the expected timeframe, agents are aware of the problems in order that they can be communicated to customers. You shouldn't have had to contact us on more than one occasion regarding the whereabouts of your order.
According to Home Delivery Network, the bulk of your order was delivered on Saturday February 24th. On the assumption that this information is correct, I trust that you are delighted with your purchase. If however, you have not taken receipt of your goods, please let me know, and I will investigate further.
