your service was good...but.....when one book and pay so long ahead of a cruise i think you should have made sure we where not put on the lowest deck.Deck 2 was not good for older people like us

We do have separate departments for various stages of your booking, hence speaking to different people each time, this is quite common as we aim to direct you to the person most likely to helpful for your situation.
