We're sorry for the problems you've experienced receiving your parcel. Standard delivery to Australia takes between 5 - 15 working days but it seems in this case there were some problems with the tracking number on your parcel.
We created a resend for you yesterday which has been since been dispatched; please let us know if you would like us to send the tracking information again via email and we will be happy to do so.
