Terrible communication. It’s taken over two days to respond to every one of my emails so over a week to get an actual answer. I don’t hold up much hope for ny return but will comment if it happens!

I paid extra for the next day service which you couldn’t deliver the next day became 5 days very poor service

Winter parka style coat zip issues
The product I bought (winter coat, parka style) is excellent quality apart from 2 problems. The main frustrating issue is that it is very difficult to zip up! Because there are a 2 way zip it takes...
