We apologise for the error with your order, we have not received any email from you regarding this problem. Unfortunately the item is no longer available, would you like to choose a different colour or would you prefer a refund? If you could please advise we can then action this for you.

I have yet to use my craquelure glaze, however I was not impressed with the service as I contacted the company via email on two occasions requesting product information and was ignored.

Hi, I can see from our system that we did reply to your emails and that you have viewed these emails on the same day. The information you are asking is a technical aspect that we would not be able to answer as we do not manufacture the product. Oil painting is not something that we are trained on, if you require any further information then please do let us know and we will answer your questions to the best of our knowledge.
