First and foremost, we apologise if you felt that communication could have been better. It is never good to receive less than positive feedback and we continually look at ways we can improve this. It is unfortunate that there was a miscommunication between yourself and our team. Taking on board your review, we have tracked back through our CRM system to investigate and found that there was an IT issue that resulted in a misunderstanding of an interview time. Fortunately our client conducted the interview anyway and you were consequently offered the position, which you ultimately decided not to take.
