Clinical Professionals fully funds, trains and supports graduates into “first to industry roles”. In the last 2 years Clinical Professionals has fully funded, trained and found first to industry roles for over 100 life science graduates. Unfortunately there is no “easy route” into the industry today due to the vast lack of training given by global pharma and the outsourcing models that are now adopted. It is always our desire first and foremost to give Graduates the best possible route to industry through the academy that we fund. The programme is multi award winning and having invested heavily into the course, travel and building clients who are willing to take “non-experienced candidates” we feel as an organisation we try our very best. Your feedback was very disappointing. The week of your course one of our trainers was unwell, rather than re-arrange causing issues for those attending that had time commitments, we ran the course with an exceptionally qualified and respected trainer who had to run this on her own. It’s a small group to train so this is in no way an unacceptable approach. After the course we find some individuals reduce their flexibility refusing to be open on location, too specific on job role, slow to respond to emails and calls. Unfortunately in a commercial world response times, open attitudes to first career roles and flexibility are key and we make this clear prior to selection. Lastly, we never “promise” a job post training, that is not within our largesse. Some candidates are more successful post the Academy than others for a multitude of reasons such as attitude, flexibility, response times etc. The team however work very, very hard to find that first to industry role and are in general 90% successful depending on what the “market” itself offers. I sincerely hope that after our significant investment in you that we continue to support you in identifying a great position. We will try our utmost to do so and hope that any interviews you attend you are able to demonstrate the skills that you have picked up, and that your own personal competencies shine through.
Kind Regards
Clinical Professionals Group
