Read everything very carefully. It very possibly won't cover you properly.

Didn't cover damage waiver, the thing most needed, but was certainly not clear until after purchasing. Contacted them but heard nothing and trip is in 3 days.

Our policy is an excess waiver, we provide cover in the event of damage to the vehicle and you are charged by the rental company under their contract agreement. Upon submission on the 5th August, you received the following acknowledgement: "Our agents will review your request and get back to you as soon as possible. Please bear with us, we are experiencing high volumes. We usually aim to get back to you within 2 working days, but this may take longer at this time. We will get back to you as quickly as we can."
