Hello there, thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to see you are unhappy. The policy you purchased cannot be amended and my colleague offered assistance as a goodwill gesture which you agreed to. You replied to us on the Friday end of day and it was a bank holiday weekend in the UK which means we were not open until the Tuesday. We always try to answer within 2 business days if possible and I can see my colleague replied to you on the Wednesday which is within this time frame. If you need anything else, do contact us. Yes, in the mean time it is Thursday, I still haven't received anything back from you. Still waiting for my confirmation of cancellation. People buy policies and sometimes need their immediate cancellation , as you say you can do in your website.

My colleague had messaged you on the Wednesday and finalised it on the Thursday after she had heard back from you. We do our best to respond back to everybody as quickly as you can but I am sure you can appreciate that bank holiday weekend returns are always busy.
