Overall the service was very good and the sales person knew his product and was very good explaining in simple term. Also he did not force us to buy and left us alone to make to make final decision.

had to pick up the table from Oldbury, they were very quick loading it up
Least said the better ! soffice to say I will not purchase from them again............

We are sorry you experienced a delay on your order. Although your order was within the 3-5 weeks lead time on your sales order, we apologise if you were advised differently at point of sale. We will deal with your comments in a positive manner and we apologise for any inconsistency regarding the information given cocnerning your delivery date.
Furniture was rec'd in a very dusty/dirty condition as though had been in storage for some considerable time. On complaining to Cousins I received both a letter and a bouquet of flowers apologising...
Store and variety of products available was very good, customer service was good. Purchased furniture when in sale so very pleased with price paid. Delivery men were friendly and seemed professional...
