Yvonne was very helpful to us on our visits to the Tyseley store.
Cousins store provided good service, however the delivery service was terrible. A lady rang me on a Tues to say they could deliver that Friday, I asked if it would be moring or afternoon as I had to...

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry for any poor experience on the day of delivery. We are currently looking in to increasing our level of service that will enable us to inform customers the evening before with an approximate timeslot for delivery.
As we do deliver to room of choice, unpack/ dispose of the packaging and assemble the majority of products it is difficult for us to specify an exact time for delivery hence why our teams will call and confirm a few hour time slot on the morning of delivery.
