We do deliver to room of choice, unpack/ dispose of the packaging and assemble the majority of products however in the case of flat packed furniture, we do state 'may require self assembly' on the sales invoice.
We can assure you that the product is very well manufactured in Germany and quality concerns have never been an issue with this range. We are sorry if you are disappointed with the product.

We had to wait a bit longer for the delivery, but were compensated.
the store staff very helpfull ,delivery very poor,did not unpack sideboard and the
display cabinet well ,so insistent that unit would not go through door ,got so feed up
with the negitive...
Order timeline exactly as promised; helpful, efficient and friendly handling of telephone enquiry about order progress; prompt delivery and courteous team.
Large store with plenty of room around displays.Friendly service, sales people not too "pushy".

A wonderful choice of good quality furniture and the staff are very helpful and professional.
Although the service instore was good the delivery charge of £39.99 for a local 2 mile journey is outragious and I will think twice before using Cousins again
