Bad customer service, the manager at Manchester store is awful. Not good to speak to customers like dirt when there trying to find out information about when the furniture will arrive.

Good quality furniture and very happy so far. All staff very obliging - however really disappointed with the waiting time. Ordered in August and didn't received the furniture until December
Good service in store, delivery guys excellent, very awkward access to rear of property, protected new sofa bed well & carefully carried into property.
Nothing was to much trouble.

Love our big green sofa - soooooo comfy. A bit agitated when sales staff had words over who spoke to us first - that's when commission spoils GOOD customer experience. Sofa reduced and marks on legs...
