Hi Florea, thank you for your feedback, our apologies for the product arriving to you in that condition, it is not the condition we shipped it in, we do not send any liquids in plastic bags only, it was passed on by our courier when damaged in transport when it should have been returned to us. So again apologies this did not happen, my colleague Michelle has reached out to you directly to organise a replacement product in this case.
