The valuation was wrong but Coulters did not question it. It took 8 months to sell our property and we sold it in the end for £100,000 less than the original valuation.

We are so sorry your expectations weren't met in this case, we understand that such a drop in selling price would have been very disappointing. We use a highly experienced third party Edinburgh surveyor however fluctuations in the market can occasionally mean a reduction in selling price is offered to generate interest in a quieter market.
