We always give key collection details when they are requested, I was not requested for travel directions.
A component is now on order from the Shower Manufacturer, however I can confirm that 3 out of 4 Showers are fully operational.
We do not advertise a Tumble Drier, Please see Property Description on the Cottages4you website. There are 84 cubic metres of covered Drying Area in the Games Room.
The folding drying rack was replaced the morning after it was brought to my attention.
The Dining Room has central heating and this can seat 12 comfortably.
A courtesy Welcome Pack is provided for all our Guests, this includes tea, coffee, sugar and milk, and a selection of cakes/biscuits.
An Information Pack is provided in our property as it contains manufacturer’s instructions and helpful guidelines as to the use of our property.
The Lounge wood stove is surrounded by a fire guard; Guests are requested to keep the fireguard in place at all times for the protection of the carpet and for their own health and safety.

Hot water is instantaneous; Heating is programmed for each booking party’s requirements. No complaint was received by myself, if this was reported, this could have been rectified immediately.
I can confirm that towels are 100% Egyptian cotton and duvets are between 10.5 to 13.5 Tog. Again no complaint has been reported about these items before.
As a dog owner, I am delighted to offer the property as pet friendly and regularly accommodate additional pets on Guest’s requests. As per Cottages4you booking terms and conditions We do ask customers to accept and respect these simple common sense requests, … If you take a pet with you, it is not allowed upstairs, on beds or furniture,……
