Response on behalf of the Owner; Sorry you went home early. Here at the Old Abbey we go out of our way to make our guests as comfortable and happy as possible. We have never had problems with the Wi-Fi in the Annexe; I used it on the day you left. On the night in question, the whole Village went down with a power cut, hence no heating, this situation often blows the light bulbs. I can assure that the door bell was working and still is, but I wasn't home. On my return there was an answerphone message but there was nothing I could do till the morning as it was quite late, and as you left very early sadly I couldn't help.
