Response on behalf of the owner; I’m so very shocked and sorry to read your feedback and hugely disappointed not to have been given the opportunity to promptly resolve your issues at the time of your visit. With regards to bins/rubbish/recycling, it is a requirement that guests adhere to recycling instructions and timetables as displayed in the kitchen using the correct bins - which unfortunately I'm afraid is not always the case. The bathroom shaver lights/fans, have an isolation switch outside of each bathroom which must also be switched on and think this may have been the issue. I have a weekly gardener and window cleaner, and all linen s professionally laundered. I will therefore most certainly be investigating the areas mentioned but unsure as to the external paintwork element since all doors and windows are UPVC. The property is in Wimborne and correctly described as just over 2 miles from the centre of Wimborne Minster, so again apologise if this was somehow unclear.
