Response on behalf of the Owner; Thank you for your comments. We are sorry that you were not completely satisfied with your stay at Seavill. We are aware that the park reception was contacted in regards to the bed linen issue and another set of bedding was provided. We have taken on board the comments in regards to the cleanliness issues and are pleased to confirm that a new cleaner has now been appointed. The cleaners contact details are left inside the chalet as a first point of contact if a customer has any issues as such whilst on their holiday. Also, we have taken on board the comments in regards to the general maintenance of the property and can confirm that the chalet will be re-decorated shortly.
