Response on behalf of the owner; The bulbs were replaced on the same day you alerted us to the problem and a separate visit was made again on the same evening you arrived to bring a replacement lamp. The only trailing wires on the kitchen are on top of the unit to the wi fi router. There were some dish washing tablets and replacement bags under the sink. We do expect guests to bring additional supplies with them. We endeavored to sort out your small lighting problems very quickly , we are not always able to answer phone messages immediately but always will respond the same day of any problems. I am sorry this was not good enough for you.

The following is a review from Trip Advisor which was rated excellent, this was done in the same month and I think gives a clear and reassuring picture.
