Goods great. Linda in Customer Services was very efficient you have a STAR.
I changed the day and Linda in Customer Services sorted it for me. The courier came at about 5 p.m. ALL WAS WELL. I hope my son enjoys the goodies on his return from abroad.

High fruit content jam, next best to home made!
The jam arrived quickly and very well packed so they wouldn’t break. I used the cherry jam in a chocolate cake and everyone thought it was delicious which is why I went on the web to buy some more....

cottage delight usually delight but not this time
always loved the products we have bought from shops so thought i'd order direct, but most of my biscuits arrived in pieces despite excellent packaging ??? - how to improve? don't send me broken...
