Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are pleased to hear that you found your Travel Director knowledgeable, helpful and friendly, and that he kept the group so well on schedule. It is also encouraging to know that you felt safe throughout with your Coach Driver, and that the coach was clean and well maintained. We also appreciate your comments that the hotels were clean, with good food and attentive staff, and that you valued the range of Optional Excursions, which allowed you to tailor the trip to your own interests without feeling pressured and to enjoy a good amount of free time. Thank you once again for your comments.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are pleased to hear that you rated the safari ten out of ten, and that you valued it as an affordable way to experience East Africa. It is also encouraging to know that the elephants and views of Kilimanjaro at Amboseli, and your time in the Masai Mara, made such a strong impression, and that your Coach Driver and Travel Director ensured you saw so many animals, lions in particular, at close quarters. We are also pleased that the accommodation and meals at the lodges were good. We note your suggestions that, given the distance and the condition of the roads, Lake Elementaita might be omitted in favour of an additional day in the Mara, and that Nairobi National Park be offered as an Optional Excursion before or after the safari. Your comments will be shared with our Operations Department so that the routing and the range of excursions can be reviewed. Thank you once again for your comments.

Thank you for your review, and for travelling with us on previous occasions. We are sorry to learn that this trip left you considering whether to travel with us again, and we take your comments seriously. We understand that the changes you noticed, including having to take your own luggage to the coach on travel days and the limited recognition of special occasions such as birthdays and anniversaries, made the experience feel less considered than before. We also regret that some of the hotels did not meet your expectations and that you felt several of the Optional Excursions were overpriced. Your advice to other travellers on choosing extras carefully is candid, and we appreciate it, although we would prefer that every optional activity be clearly worth its cost. We will share your feedback with our Operations and Product Development Department so that the services included, the standard of accommodation and the value of the Optional Excursions can be reviewed. We are grateful for your loyalty over the years and hope to have the opportunity to restore your confidence in us.

Thank you for this excellent rating. We are pleased that it reflects a positive experience, and we appreciate you taking the time to leave your feedback.

Thank you for your review. We are pleased to learn that you found the trip well organised and that it allowed you to move efficiently from one place to the next. We also note your wish to spend more time in Valencia, and we will share this suggestion with our Product Development Department for consideration. We hope to welcome you on another journey in future.

Thank you for your review. We are pleased to learn that you enjoyed the tour and thought so highly of your Travel Director, and we will ensure that your kind words are passed on. We hope to welcome you on another journey in future.

Thank you for such a detailed and considered review. We are pleased to learn that our Coach Driver made such a positive impression, and that the on—the—road team were effective in ensuring that everyone reached their booked Optional Excursions on time. We also appreciate your kind remarks about the warmth and helpfulness of your Travel Director. We are sorry that your booking agent was unable to see your questions through before leaving. We understand how unsettling this can be, and we would encourage you to contact us directly should any queries remain unanswered. We also note your wish for more commentary on history, wildlife and trail advice during the longer coach journeys, and we will share this with our Operations Department. Your comments on the optional excursions are especially valuable. Clearer guidance on age limits and the level of physical exertion involved, such as the Rattlesnake Canyon trip, would help travellers to choose activities suited to their abilities, and we will raise this with our Product Development Department. We were also concerned to hear of the fall during the stargazing experience. The size of the group, the difficulty of hearing the presenter and the lighting and marking of the outdoor area are all matters we will review as a priority, and we sincerely hope that your fellow traveller was not seriously hurt. We are grateful for your candour and for the opportunity to learn from your experience.

Thank you for your review. We are pleased to learn that you found the tour to be smooth and professional, Coach Drivers and hotel teams to our Travel Director, were excellent. It is particularly encouraging to hear that your Travel Director went out of his way to make things easy for everyone, and we will ensure that your kind words are passed on to him. We also note that the day in Rome felt somewhat hectic, and we will share this with our Product Development Department so that the pacing there can be considered. We are grateful that the remainder of the itinerary suited you, and we hope to welcome you on another journey in future.

We also appreciate your suggestion that two days be allowed in each state, and we will share it with our Product Development Department so that the pacing of the itinerary can be considered. We hope to welcome you on another journey in future.
