Regarding our cancellation policy, we ask to be notified at least 2 working days prior to the survey taking place of a cancellation request, in order to give us a bit of time to try and rebook for that appointment slot. As you can appreciate, if we were to receive a same day cancellation, or even one within 24 hours of the date the survey is supposed to take place, this would leave us with very little time to try and arrange a booking, and would most likely mean a slot going to waste. However, in instances where a customer may have to cancel on short notice we do offer credit notes, which allows the customer to rebook a survey when they have found a new property they wish to have surveyed.
