The response from the call centre has been friendly and rapid. The tradesmen employed have done their jobs efficiently, particularly the last one we had completely to my satisfaction.

You call them someone calls you back within 24 hrs or less in most cases…
You call them someone calls you back within 24 hrs or less in most cases engineer calls and sorts out the problem can't fault them
