I have just received the feefo review and of course we are mortified with the feedback and sincerely apologise if you feel you haven’t received the service that you quite rightly would expect. I know that there was some confusion between you and Jonathan when negotiating the offers for your sale and onward purchase but I was of the understanding that we had resolved this when the sale was agreed.
