Thank you very much for writing a review! We're pleased you enjoyed your walk.

We're glad to hear you enjoyed your holiday! Thank you for writing a review and flagging up the fuzziness over diversions. The guidebook has been recently updated to avoid two areas of erosion, and while one of these detours matches our longterm suggestion exactly, the other is slightly different. We expect that's the section that's caused some confusion! We will certainly look into making these options clearer (or, more likely, replacing our diversion with the one in the guidebook). If you'd like to provide any specifics about this section, our in-depth feedback form is available on our website within the Members Area, but thank you very much for the feedback you've provided here already.

We're glad we could sort that issue speedily! Thanks very much for leaving a review.

We're thrilled you enjoyed your holiday. Thanks for writing a review!

We do apologise about the missing tags - that's no good! We'd also love to chase up the issue with the room and see exactly what went wrong there; if you could let us know a little more detail via the feedback form in our Members Area, we'd be hugely appreciative. Thank you very much for leaving a review, and we're glad you enjoyed your holiday.
