Thanks so much for providing us with your feedback, and we are sorry that you feel as if some aspects of trip could have been better managed. Our trip managers generally do create ways of integrating travelers that are joining at a later stage to make them feel welcome and to break the ice, and moving forward we will address this in our marketing material in order to make it clearer from the start. As far as we understand your trip manager did address any disruptive behavior with the group and it should have improved during the duration of the trip. In addition, she assisted the two sisters who were robbed by helping them file the police report and access funds through a wire transfer to set them up for a successful trip and it seems to have worked. Saying that, we really appreciate you writing to us and we’ll take it on board where we can in order to further improve our tours.
