thanks so much for taking the time to provide us with your feedback! We are really glad to see that you loved the product, but seemed to have a few concerns regarding some of the experiences during the trip which we are really sorry for. We clean our coaches and air conditioning regularly to make sure that if a traveller is catching a cold for whatever reason it is not transferred to other trip members, but because of the proximity of the group are there sometimes limitations to we can do.
