Returned replay jeans 2 weeks ago and acknowledged refund had been done 10 days but still waiting for the monies .....

Good morning,
We have contacted you privately about this issue and have offered our sincere apologies for the refund not being processed. For a reason unknown to us your refund was not processed correctly through Paypal. We keep a log of every refund so this is an extremely rare occurrence. We value each and every customer and hope this will not taint your view on Coneys.

As responded to you directly my concern is that if I hadn’t brought this to your attention the monies would never of been refunded. This whilst I accept your explanation could be seen at the very least as “Sharp Practice “ and not something a reputable organisation would ever entertain. I have due to loss of faith and confidence asked for further clarification with regards a previous order / refund which i foolishly took your email confirmation on face value .
