I understand your order has now been fulfilled by a courier from one of our branches in the south. We’re very sorry this took longer than anticipated and about the inconvenience caused.

Your order was subject to a longer lead time which we found out after the order was placed with the supplier. We can confirm the delivery is now scheduled for 29 September.
