Unable to tell if the sales person was for real or a machine
Did not like attitude, it was like conversing with a machine - The salesperson would make a great traffic warden!

Diabolical
Had to phone this company 3 times just to renew my policy! Was told each time they would ring back and they did not. When they finally responded all they were interested in was selling all the extras...

Generally helpful service
They telephoned back within a reasonable amount of time and gave a sensible quote. We have no renewed with CVD for 3 years and are happy with them.
